將藥材投入提取罐內,加入5—10倍的溶劑如水、乙醇、甲醇、丙酮等(根據工藝要求)。開啟提取罐加(jia)熱(re)系統(tong),使(shi)(shi)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)加(jia)熱(re)至(zhi)沸騰20--30分鐘后(hou),用(yong)抽(chou)(chou)濾(lv)管(guan)將三分之一(yi)的提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)抽(chou)(chou)入(ru)。關閉提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)直統(tong)與夾套熱(re)水(shui),開啟(qi)濃(nong)(nong)縮罐(guan)(guan)直統(tong)與加(jia)熱(re)系統(tong)使(shi)(shi)濃(nong)(nong)縮汁(zhi)溫度保持(chi)在(zai)80℃左右,真空度保持(chi)在(zai)-0.05到-0.09MPA,濃(nong)(nong)縮時產生的二次(ci)蒸(zheng)汽經過冷凝(ning)器與冷卻器變成(cheng)冷凝(ning)液(ye)(ye)回(hui)流(liu)至(zhi)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)做新(xin)(xin)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)加(jia)入(ru)藥(yao)里,新(xin)(xin)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)由(you)上而(er)下通(tong)過藥(yao)材層到提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)底部,藥(yao)材中(zhong)的可溶(rong)(rong)(rong)性(xing)成(cheng)分溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解于(yu)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)內溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji),提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)經抽(chou)(chou)濾(lv)管(guan)抽(chou)(chou)入(ru)濃(nong)(nong)縮罐(guan)(guan),濃(nong)(nong)縮產生的二次(ci)蒸(zheng)汽又送至(zhi)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)做新(xin)(xin)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji),形成(cheng)新(xin)(xin)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)回(hui)流(liu)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu),直至(zhi)完全溶(rong)(rong)(rong)出(提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)無色)濃(nong)(nong)縮繼續(xu)進行,直至(zhi)濃(nong)(nong)縮成(cheng)需(xu)要(yao)的比(bi)重(zhong)藥(yao)膏,提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)罐(guan)(guan)內的無色液(ye)(ye)體(ti)可下次(ci)復用(yong),若是有機溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu),則先加(jia)適量(liang)水(shui),開直統(tong)與夾套熱(re)水(shui),回(hui)收溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)后(hou),將渣排掉。
